In the afternoon of September 7, a delegation led by Lu Songbin, Director of Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau, Bi Qingfeng, and Huang Yinghuai, Director of Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau, visited Double Star New Material for research and inspection. Accompanied by Chen Zhongwei, Deputy Secretary of Suqian Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Suqian, Wu Peifu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Suqian warmly welcomed Director Lu and his delegation.
Chairman Wu Peifu reported on the development of Double Star New Material in recent years, current enterprise operation and future development planning. Since its listing, the Company has standardized its operation, constantly improved its management level, and focused on its long-term development. A large number of projects planned and constructed by taking advantage of the capital market have been completed and put into operation, continuously improving the business scale and efficiency of the Company, and focusing on shareholder returns while achieving development.
